Came in today for a nail fill and a pedicure. This is the first time that I visit this place. I was in a hurry, so I asked for them to do my nails and my pedicure at the same time. They were very accommodating. John did my pedicure and Andy did my nails. I have to say that this is the best service I’ve ever experienced! The price for both services was very affordable. I WORK 7 days out the week and my nails never chip off . Always satisfied . they take there time Very satisfied with my nail service. Great attention to detail, clean workspace, and excellent customer service. My nails look beautiful and have lasted well every single time! I’ll Always come back ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
So I'll start by saying I'm probably in the wrong or not super knowledgeable. I haven't gotten my nails done in almost 2 years. The last time I came here was with a friend and she did all the talking. Cece did an amazing job with my pedicure. Very kind and sweet. Andy on the other hand was just very rough with my manicure. Had two pedicures today done, one for me and one for my bf. Both pedicures were great and so enjoyable. They’re always nice and open to conversing. 10/10 experience today
I came in on May 23, 2025 for a refill on my acrylic overlay. I was charged $20 for a “take-off + gel”, even though nothing was taken off except the gel polish. Then I was charged $45 for a full set, which I didn’t receive—I only got a refill on my natural nails. Less than a week later (May 29), I came back due to my nails lifting. Instead of addressing the issue, I was asked what I do for work (I work in administration—not that it should matter). No fix was offered, and I didn’t get a refund.
