I came in on May 23, 2025 for a refill on my acrylic overlay. I was charged $20 for a “take-off + gel”, even though nothing was taken off except the gel polish. Then I was charged $45 for a full set, which I didn’t receive—I only got a refill on my natural nails. Less than a week later (May 29), I came back due to my nails lifting. So I'll start by saying I'm probably in the wrong or not super knowledgeable. I haven't gotten my nails done in almost 2 years. The last time I came here was with a friend and she did all the talking. Cece did an amazing job with my pedicure. Very kind and sweet. Andy on the other hand was just very rough with my manicure. Which apparently I didn't get. I asked for a manicure with dipping power. With the white tip, like a French manicure. I wanted my nails to look natural. Ame was amazing and very attentive. I have not been to a nail salon in almost a year, so my cuticle buildup was a lot to deal with. She took care of that and my hands and feet feel so smooth and look 10 years younger. The owner Chuck, was very helpful and made me feel welcomed. As I always, I’ve had a great experience with Andy, my nails always come out looking so pretty! He’s not a talker and I’m perfectly fine with that, a little silence for me is what I need!
I paid $100 for some extra short frenchies which is awful by itself but the real issue is they all started popping off less than a week later so I called in hopes they could fix it when the first one came off and of course they refused and told me I needed to pay full price for the repair. I’m a SAHM, I don’t do anything with my hands to cause my nails to come off fast. I won’t be returning here again and I suggest you don’t go here either
