So I'll start by saying I'm probably in the wrong or not super knowledgeable. I haven't gotten my nails done in almost 2 years. The last time I came here was with a friend and she did all the talking. Cece did an amazing job with my pedicure. Very kind and sweet. Andy on the other hand was just very rough with my manicure. I came in on May 23, 2025 for a refill on my acrylic overlay. I was charged $20 for a “take-off + gel”, even though nothing was taken off except the gel polish. Then I was charged $45 for a full set, which I didn’t receive—I only got a refill on my natural nails. Less than a week later (May 29), I came back due to my nails lifting. Instead of addressing the issue, I was asked what I do for work (I work in administration—not that it should matter). No fix was offered, and I didn’t get a refund. As I always, I’ve had a great experience with Andy, my nails always come out looking so pretty! He’s not a talker and I’m perfectly fine with that, a little silence for me is what I need!
This is my second visit and it will not be my last! The pedicure experience is wonderful. My toes are beautifully painted each time! Cece and Andy made me feel super pampered and Chuck makes everyone feel so welcome. The facility is spacious, clean, and conveniently located. I reserve my spot on their website and it's super easy. Highly recommend!
The guy who is normally up front and the older woman with the short Bob haircut are super nice, but the other older woman who did my manicure recently, not so much. She made 3 of my fingers bleed while cutting my cuticles, and I'm pretty sure she didnt let the gel polish cure for long enough under the light because it's starting to peel off. If literally anyone else had done my nails for me I hope it'd be a better experience
