Absolutely love Karina. She has been my nail tech for over 7 years. She moved from Mary Esther location to Eglin location and I followed of course. She took extra care of my toe nail that I lost years ago and could never get it to grow back right. Well she has gotten it to grow right and healthy. I am extremely disappointed with how I was treated during my visit on 2/6. I have been a long-time client of this salon and have seen multiple technicians over the years, including Rosie and Ivy, and never had a complaint about their services. Howerever, On 2/6, I came in for a fill, and was placed with whoever was available. After leaving, I looked at my nails closer and just felt unhappy with the shape, length, and overall design, so I returned later the same day. The tech was very nice but he didn’t ask which manicure I wanted (there are a couple options with different pricing), he just went ahead and did the most expensive service. I thought it was odd as well that he didn’t ask what shape I’d like my nails and that the paint doesn’t extend over the tip of my nail fully.

I arrived about 10 minutes before my appointment (made online). Was greeted with a smile and was told that Linda would be done in a few minutes. Linda did a wonderful job and was so friendly and conversational. Appreciated the excellent professional job that she provided.

Harley was AMAZING! She is SO talented, extremely sweet and professional! Love my daughter’s nails for homecoming. Wonderfully priced as well.
