I’ve been going to Ivy Tran for a while now, and my natural nails have never been stronger. My manicures easily last 3 weeks without any lifting or chipping. It’s so hard to find an artist, like Ivy, who balances speed with such high-quality results. She's also very good at shaping your nails the way you request. Everyone at the salon is very friendly, including the receptionist, Larry. They all make sure you feel welcomed. The salon is very clean, and it's always a great experience overall.

Absolutely love Karina. She has been my nail tech for over 7 years. She moved from Mary Esther location to Eglin location and I followed of course. She took extra care of my toe nail that I lost years ago and could never get it to grow back right. Well she has gotten it to grow right and healthy. I am extremely disappointed with how I was treated during my visit on 2/6. I have been a long-time client of this salon and have seen multiple technicians over the years, including Rosie and Ivy, and never had a complaint about their services. Howerever, On 2/6, I came in for a fill, and was placed with whoever was available. Kenny gave me the best nail experience I’ve had in years! He was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive throughout the entire appointment. He took his time, paid amazing attention to detail, and made sure every part of the design was exactly how I wanted it. He also made sure I was comfortable and enjoying the process the whole time. Was in town for vacation, randomly chose this place for a pedicure. They handed me a pamphlet to choose which pedicure I wanted. I chose the $35 one. He did a great job! Looks good. I go to pay and it’s $71!!!!! I’m still shocked. Oh $20 for gel nail polish. Was supposed to be cat eye. Is not. $35 pedicure, $20 gel polish, and $10 for design the receipt says. Where is design? So misleading and dishonest
