Candy refused to take in my girlfriend while she was sitting doing nothing, but then she proceeded to say that she take me in instead of my girlfriend when we specifically wanted candy to do my girlfriend. It made no sense why she would refuse a walk in when the salon was not busy. What made it worse that they didn’t even tell us a valid excuse, all they told us was “she refuses to take her”. So unprofessional and inconsiderate.

Went online and it said they do wax & tint for eyebrows and eyelashes but when I came inside, he said they only do wax eyebrows, no tent or lashes

Patronized this business multiple times, and TODAY I got a free set no color for telling Andy, the nail tech to speak humanly to me. When you go into any establishment especially these nail salons, they feel as though they are doing you a favor of doing your nails and charge outrageous prices for every little “enhancement” and bare minimum service. If you don't get a set, they don't want to do your nails. I was there for over an hour before with a newbie another on one nail before someone else stepped in and still did it wrong.
