I had such a wonderful experience today. I am always welcomed with such positive hospitality. My technician today was spectacular and had such great conversation. I felt comfortable giving her the freedom to do what she wanted. She did an amazing job and I’ll be a client there for life!
I brought in two very young ladies, ages 2 and 4, to accompany my sister to get her nails done today, and I was so impressed by the staff! They were so kind to us, offered great etiquette, and produced beautiful results for their services. Very grateful for an amazing experience. Thank you to all who made us comfortable, and apologies for having you work on such tiny, fidgety hands. The work done was incredible!
Been going there for years. All the ladies and gentlemen are great and so good to their customers. Lynn is absolutely brilliant at nails, especially unique designs.
My friend went to Luxx the same day I did and I loved her nails so I thought I would give them a try. They were able to get me in last minute which I appreciate however, I am underwhelmed with the outcome of my nails. It looks like I went to a completely different salon than my friend. The lady who did them worked super fast and didn’t even compare the nails to make sure they were the same size and shape. When reading reviews keep in mind this industry is Constantly changing and continuously learning!! I have nothing bad to say about Luxx, every time I have gone I have left extremely happy!! My most recent was last night, I was there a few hours with two others, I didn’t have an appointment, I asked if there was availability to do a pedicure, so I had a pedicure which was 👌 then I hummed and hawed about a manicure but decided to do a new set of acrylics as long as there was someone available, the lovely cam was available so... read more
