Was super excited to go here based on the reviews. I very rarely leave bad reviews, but this was just awful. If you don't know how to do a design, just say so. It's a tough design, I get it, but literally just say "Hey, I don't think I can do a 3D bunny that looks like your reference photo. Want to do anything else instead?" Immediately left and got them removed. Not to mention the bunny wasn't even cured properly, my pinky nail was bloody, and the French tips were uneven. The service was great here! The people were welcoming and the nails I got were amazing. This has been the first place where the design I wanted was fulfilled and I couldn't be happier with the results. Definitely a good place to come to for something fancy or casual, will be returning :)

I've been regularly customer of Luxx more over 5 years. Love being here as extremely convenient, close from where I lived. Lona helping me doing pedi and meni this time. She is best! She meticulously, knows what she doing and very communicative. In general ladies here are best ! Highly recommend! 🥰

I wanted to treat myself just before my birthday, I walked into salonfor removal of old nails and just a cleanup. She then removed my nails with acetone but as she was filing I was cut not a big deal it happens. She then got me to go wash my hands and the next thing I know she’s sending me to somebody else. No help moving my things over. Just told to go sit here. I then got a manicure with gel nail polish that chipped the very same day.
