LUXX was extremely helpful in assisting me to get the perfect engagement ring for my partner! They were detailed and had excellent communication for this very special purchase.
Poor and unfriendly customer service. The guys standing there lack a basic customer service skills. I wouldn't recommend buying their product as they dont have an ounce of reliability.
