Kyle built the second story in our home. Firstly, he was the only builder who responded with interest in the job. He was willing to work with us on a budget. The first stage of the construction went well ahead of schedule; there were a few delays in the second part, mainly due to third parties. We ran into a few issues, as you do on a project of this magnitude, but Kyle was easy to deal with, always contactable, and we were able to move in on time and within budget.

Quote was made to fit my "budget" but could not meet the "national construction code" very disappointed, if you hire a builder you would expect their quote would cover the job to meet relevant codes to be able to be certified, rather than a bunch of unexpected variations down the line. I would not recommend

Luxx Build are excellent at what they do. They were always on time and their communication was consistent and informative. Their timeframe predictions were accurate and no request or idea was too much for them. They ensured we were happy with everything before they finished up and they will definitely be a contractor we will use for future renovations. It’s been almost 12 months since our laundry/bathroom reno and nothing has gone wrong or been an issue due to their quality workmanship. Absolutely recommend.
