My appointments have been canceled at the last minute multiple times, and it’s frustrating. I set aside time and arrange my day around these bookings, only to have my plans disrupted with little notice. I understand that things happen, but this has become a pattern. My time matters too, and repeatedly canceling on a client is inconsiderate and unprofessional. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend her if you need someone dependable.
I refuse to go anywhere else!! I always get my lashes done by Kayla. She is sweet, professional, provides a relaxing space for her clients and is the best lash tech I have ever had!

I won’t go anywhere else for my lashes. Kayla gets it right everytime! The lash retention is great and she has flexible hours.
