I had the worst experience with them, me and my parents have medicaid healthfirst insurance, when I told the lady in the store, she showed me a box of glass that were cheap or too colorful or some even good but for teenagers. Not one suitable for elderly men like my dad, and said thats only those are all covered by my insurance. And when I asked how is that possible, not a single option for elderly men, she rude answered ‘if you have problem with it, call your insurance and tell them’ when I didn’t show any interest in the s... read more
The customer service that I received today from Larisa was phenomenal. She answered all my questions very professional. She was very friendly and welcome us with a smile which is rare this days in customer service. I will be back again and again !
