Unfortunately my kinky curly extensions were less than satisfactory. Salt and pepper Color match was good but I have some white hair that because of my natural hair length, visibly stuck out between the extensions. The extensions were connected by beads which was not the best option. Very unhappy with the outcome. Marcia offered to attempt fixing the problem, but having voiced my dissatisfaction earlier and having had a very uncomfortable conversation I did not choose to return.

A different hair salon recently damaged my hair so badly that I was left with severe breakage and balding spot. Marcia was absolutely great! I’ve never had my hair done before so i had no idea what I was getting into. She explained everything to me and answered every question. The service went quicker than I expected and she was very careful throughout the process. It made my first salon experience a great one and I’ll definitely be going back!
