The owner and the worker who came to complete the install were very professional. The worker showed up on time and did a meticulous job of laying the waterproof laminate. Not a seam was imperfect and the job was done in 2 days. While I was painting the area of the install, I discovered a missed base board molding and they returned right away and took care of it.
Superior craftsmanship shows from the great job completed on our backsplash on 26 March 2024 by the Luxury Tile team. Fast, excellent detail and extremely courteous and friendly team. Highly recommended !
We called multiple companies to remove the grout and replace and seal. The grout had started turning black as it was not properly sealed by the first company 2 years ago. No one was willing to do it, as it must be done manually and tediously with small tools. And many times they ended up with cracked tiles. And dissatisfied customers. We were very nervous when we started our remodel project as we have never done a project like this before and I have read many horror stories about contractors.
