We called multiple companies to remove the grout and replace and seal. The grout had started turning black as it was not properly sealed by the first company 2 years ago. No one was willing to do it, as it must be done manually and tediously with small tools. And many times they ended up with cracked tiles. And dissatisfied customers. We were very nervous when we started our remodel project as we have never done a project like this before and I have read many horror stories about contractors. However we had a great experience with Luxury Tiles 4 Less. At first we were just going to have them redo the tile floor in our whole house, but we then found out they can do a lot more than floors.
