Been coming to Joe about 14 yrs now for personal and business. Have referred several people as well that have had no issues. He offers additional services with your refund as an option but definitely is very knowledgeable, keeps himself updated with laws and tax codes which is a plus with things changing. Highly recommend!!!

First time I used the services went smoothly, but this last time my taxes were filed incompletely. I gave everything that was needed for my taxes and they just didn't completely send. When I followed up, I never received emails with help to the point I had to call Joe's personal number and text over and over to get response. I wish I hadn't paid for little to no help at all and the IRS asking me to complete my return. I do not recommend these services.
