I would not recommend this company to a bird, I am currently in the process of filing a fraudulent claim against employees at this company. My w2 info was given to a rep who was trying to charge me an amount I was not previously told about to file my taxes I declined the service. The rep Jalissa without my consent filed my 2023 anyways and deposited the funds into an account I have no knowledge of or access to, Jasmin Mo and Jalissa are the names of the some staff I knew of. Very unprofessional, I made an appointment with the head tax person Shacoya. Was not contacted on time, they finally called after my appointment time I missed it and they left a voicemail, it wasn’t even the person I made the appointment with, I would call back and was told the person I booked with was not in office and they could get another tax person to get my return done. Nobody ever answers the phone, so don’t bother. I originally wanted the business owner Shacoya to do my taxes given she’s the expert & she passed me along to one of her apprentices. 3 years later I’m still waiting on my taxes due to a mistake (Briyah) made on my return and due to her mistake the IRS will not release any of my other year taxes until the one she jacked up is fixed. I have been trying to reach Bree for 3 weeks she was supposed to be doing my taxes but I’m new to this and she took a picture of my 509a2 paperwork and hasn’t even returned my calls nor texts and I’ve called to the offfice and spoke with their representative and still yet no responses and she wasn’t even supposed to take a picture of that and she knows it but I didn’t catch it til after it was done and she told me that she only did it to look at what she could do but I didn’t think at the time.
