They canceled my appointment less than 10 minutes before it was supposed to start after sending me text and email appointment reminders during the week. I get that people get sick... but texting a client 9 minutes prior to their appointment is pretty inconsiderate. I drove 30 minutes into the city from the Westbank and arrived to a closed business, then get a cancelation text as I'm sitting in front of the business trying to understand why it was closed.
