**2026 update*** No longer will be a regular customer. Service quality with my tech has been up and down recently and 3 times now I have set an appointment directly with the tech, day of I text saying I am on the way (I am not local) and recieve a response that they aren't available and want me to reschedule. I even showed up once, waited, just for 20 mins to pass and the tech finally responds saying he forgot and asked if someone else could do my nails. No value of time of long term customers. It was my first experience here and I LOVED it! If I could give 10 stars I would! LEE was amazing and patient with my indecisiveness! Lol! I believe I found my new regular nail tech and salon!!! 💅 💜

***Updated Review: Well, I am officially done with Alo Nail Bar (originally know as Luxury Nail Spa). I previously was a customer of this salon for over 2 years before they were sold to another owner and the quality staff left. I went to today, bc my old nail tech from Luxury is in Waldorf and I didn't have the time to drove there today. Omg, was that a big mistake! I made an appointment and asked them to reconfirm it because I needed my nails done for an important event. They gave me their word and then called and canceled right before.. Now Im forced to attend this event with broken nails. There are a zillion nail salons. I made the mistake choosing this one.
