I made an appointment and asked them to reconfirm it because I needed my nails done for an important event. They gave me their word and then called and canceled right before.. Now Im forced to attend this event with broken nails. There are a zillion nail salons. I made the mistake choosing this one.
***Please note: my review was for Luxury Nail Spa, not Alo Nail Bar (the have new owners and different ppl) I have been coming to this nail salon for about a yr and a half (after moving to the area in Aug 2024). I tried out a few other nail salons in the area and I was not impressed. What the other salons lacked, this one has.
