Loved it here! very clean. Walking distance to everything you need. Keeping you updated and answering your questions in a timely manner that was very important to me
When we arrived, we noticed we had 24 seater Golf Carts instead of 2---6 seater Golf Carts, but that was quickly changed. Also, we only had one card to go to the pool and they quickly deliver the Additional cards. We appreciate people checking in to see if we need anything. Also appreciate not having to do that much. I never knew what to do with the garbage and they answered my question immediately. We will be back in using the code Thanks
Luxury Simplified Retreats made things so easy from booking, reservations, check-in, and overall accommodations. Love that we dont have to clean upon check out and everything is just taken care of. The only drawback is the price; it just keeps getting more expensive every year. totally understand that is based on demand but wish there were a loyalty program for constant recurring customers because we plan to book the same house every year. A members or loyalty program/discount would be amazing.
Using LSR as the management company to assist with activities, reservations, and general assistance around the home or community was a really great concierge experience. Staying at a property this nice deserves luxury service and this company did not disappoint. They are text available, really friendly and professional and all around top quality concierge services.
