If I could give zero stars I would!! Appauling customer service, I have to constantly chase them for answers and then double check when im given the wrong one! Constant change over of staff and lack of follow through meant a terrible after sales experience. I would never buy from them again based on my experience.
Really impressed with the after-sales service from Martin and his team! They were professional, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was sorted quickly. It’s rare to find such great customer care these days
After 4 months travelling in northern Australia we needed a few minor repairs and a replacement fridge. The crew at LRV Perth were outstanding in helping us to get this work done under warranty. They communicated with us regularly and at all times were polite and approachable. Thankyou to Tayla for her friendly communication and Ben for organising the work and doing the handover. Highly recommend their service to all caravan owners.
Unbelievable customer service, we would 100% recommend Luxury RV's WA to anyone looking for a new or top quality used van. We've never experienced the level of customer service and quality vans as we have here. From the very beginning when I enquired by phone right up until we drove away with our van, every member of staff treated us with the upmost respect and all were extremely knowledgeable.
Glad we decided to forego placing a deposit on another caravan until we visited Luxury RVs. Where we found a caravan that met our needs and the other information and service provided by Gary Ingham was exceptional.
