Our experience with the team at Luxury Pools and Living has wonderful. We had our installation in 2019 and just had LPL do the opening for our 7th summer of enjoyment. I can honestly say that every interaction we've had with designers, installers, technicians, and office staff have been positive and professional. Poor experience with opening of our pool. An issue was found with a CYA water test and incorrect practices during pool opening have created additional needs - including a need to drain the pool and replace water, which has been offered to be completed by the company for an extra fee. We will not be repeat customers.
