We love, love, love...did I say "WE LOVE" our new spa! Got in it for the first time last night, and all I can say is "Amazing". Our old Hot Springs was 26 years old when she finally gave out. Now we have a new one that is even better! Loved the crew that brought out new one...so professional and efficient! And we love Thomas and Laura at the showroom and the customer service they provide! You just can't get any spa better than a Hot Spring Spa from Luxury Pools and Spa in Charlottesville, Virginia!
We purchased a hot tub cover from these people. It was $447. When it arrived, it was not in proper working order. 1 of the tie down strap clips was broken/damaged. When I contacted Luxery Pool & Spa, Rachel said she was sorry but they just sell the covers & do not warranty or fix the covers they sell. She advised me to contact the manufacturer. We did that & they sent me new clips. These clips are attatched to the tie down straps. So to fix them, Rachel, said she would guess I would need to cut the strap & maybe glue everyth... read more
We bought our Aventine spa almost 5 years ago and have been very happy with it. Allen Spence is very knowledgeable and helpful. He made purchasing the spa a pleasant experience and over the years has always helped us over the phone since we live an hour and a half away. Thank you, Allen, for always being there for us!
We bought a hot tub cover from there Shortpump location. It was $447. When it arrived, upon opening it, we found that a clip on the cover was broken. I contacted the store, Shortpump location, and they, Rachel, advised me that they just order the covers & collect the money. And it was up to me to contact the manufacturer for a resolution. The manufacturer, Prestige Covers, sent me replacement clips to put on the cover. Note, the clips are attatched to the cover itself. Thomas treated me like I like to be treated and the guys who set the tub up where great Hot Springs Is the best I know I have had 4 tubs and by far HOT SPRINGS has the best product Very Happy with my New Tub!!!!!! the guys up the street lost another one to GOOD SERVICE!!!!!
