We purchased a hot tub cover from these people. It was $447. When it arrived, it was not in proper working order. 1 of the tie down strap clips was broken/damaged. When I contacted Luxery Pool & Spa, Rachel said she was sorry but they just sell the covers & do not warranty or fix the covers they sell. She advised me to contact the manufacturer.
