Completely misleading business. I was about to buy a spa and specifically explained my situation that this was a new installation and what did I need to tell my contractor to insure i had power to the tub. The sale person Logan told my wife and I that they set up connect test and fill the tub to make sure everything is working. Now he tell me that he never said that and it it would be my responsibility for setting up testing and wiring the tub. RecommendedWhen I opened my pool this year I had to replace my pump and my liner. Not only did luxury have my pump in stock, they also connected me to a great pool repair person... Dennis. I have had a pool for 15 years and the staff at Luxury is by far the nicest and most knowledgeable by far! They're the best! Update 9/14/19:. The staff at Luxury Pool and Spa are Phenomenal! Friendly and Knowledgeable! They have helped me keep my pool in awesome shape all season! Thanks for a great season!

RecommendedFor the past 3 yrs on & off , I have had a smell in the water of my spa. After my own company couldn’t figure it out, & threatening to fill in in with dirt & plant tomatoes in it , I found luxury pool & thought I would give it one more try. Thomas is the man. He told me right away the problem & now he has me on the right track . No more smell & crystal clear water! Wishing that I had found him years ago. He really knows his stuff& cares about the problems of his customers .
RecommendedWe recently bought a pool from Luxury Pool and Spa. They recommended an installer, (Corey) he did a great job. The ladies at the store checked our water and gave me everything I needed to get swimming. We highly recommend them all. Thanks!
