RecommendedFor the past 3 yrs on & off , I have had a smell in the water of my spa. After my own company couldn’t figure it out, & threatening to fill in in with dirt & plant tomatoes in it , I found luxury pool & thought I would give it one more try. Thomas is the man. He told me right away the problem & now he has me on the right track . No more smell & crystal clear water! Wishing that I had found him years ago. He really knows his stuff& cares about the problems of his customers .
We love, love, love...did I say "WE LOVE" our new spa! Got in it for the first time last night, and all I can say is "Amazing". Our old Hot Springs was 26 years old when she finally gave out. Now we have a new one that is even better! Loved the crew that brought out new one...so professional and efficient! And we love Thomas and Laura at the showroom and the customer service they provide! You just can't get any spa better than a Hot Spring Spa from Luxury Pools and Spa in Charlottesville, Virginia!
Thomas treated me like I like to be treated and the guys who set the tub up where great Hot Springs Is the best I know I have had 4 tubs and by far HOT SPRINGS has the best product Very Happy with my New Tub!!!!!! the guys up the street lost another one to GOOD SERVICE!!!!!
Recently we purchased a Hot Springs spa from Thomas at Luxury Pool and Spas in Charlottesville,VA. This is our 3rd Hot Springs spa, and this has been the best experience in buying one! Thomas's customer service is top-notch, and we will continue to do business with him! I highly recommend Hot Springs spas and this business!
