was trying to set up a time for them to come out to look at my pool and they acted like they were better then me nor have the time to work with with me and just gave me the cold shoulder very bad customer service I would not recommend them to no one
I can’t stress enough how Luxury Pool and Spa was the right decision for us. There are many pool builders in Central Arkansas, and you can get deals on hot tubs/spas just about anywhere you look. Jeremy, Shane, and team are top notch. They have figured out the customer service and support side of the business through and through. We’ve had a few minor issues (pressure valve broke on the pool filter and battery died on the hot tub controller after a year and a half).
