My experience: - They did not put the pool in level, and wound up cracking the shell and damaging equipment trying to fix it - they never finished the project. We were promised a 3 week installation (to be completed July 14, 2023), our contract was to have it completed August 1, 2023, and they ABANDONED the project in early November 2023. - I had to fix several installation errors because they are not capable. - I also had to finish all of the electrical work and program the automation system myself. - I hired a concrete com... read more
Don’t go with this company unless you want poor communication, delays, and a sales team that will tickle your ear to get your money, then fail to follow through. Just avoid them and you’ll save yourself the headache of weeks of delays, and the hassle of having to supervise their work. Not recommended at all!
