ZERO STARS Justino delivered a piece that looked beautiful- but quickly fell apart with NO USE. He tried to blame us on for the damage but did verbally offer to refurbish the piece when he “had time and follow up in a few weeks”- also being we would have to pay and stop in off in TJ- this process went on for an entire YEAR. Waiting and waiting for him to respond. Finally he said- yep- coming by tomorrow to pick it up. Then completely ghosted us and blocked us on social media. Justino is a nice man however, his work is of poor quality. He gave me a price, then said he does not prep his work so I hired someone else to prep for him. After prep work was done he came back and doubled his price. Very unfair to do that. Since prep work was already done we proceeded. He NEVER told us what could happen with his material. Within 2 weeks we had a large crack, the product was not properly sealed so there is water intrusion and awful water spots.
