I have gone to this shop for 8 years. 8 years! And finally, I just had it with their POOR appointment reservation taking and having two of us standing there for the same appointment. This last visit - I'm guessing somebody didn't get me down, cuz Hannah made me wait 12 minutes while she got something to eat and then folded the towels and didn't say squat about it when she finally sat down to do my nails.
