I have been going to this salon since 2018. I used to walk in, but because of my limited work schedule, I started making appointments. I always booked with Nerith because he did a great job. Unfortunately, my appointments with him were double-booked not once, not twice, but three times. The first time, I arrived for my appointment only to be told someone had double-booked him. ☆☆☆☆ I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. Tom was rude and dismissive throughout our interaction. I was declined service, and when I tried again, I was declined once more without a clear explanation. Instead of making me feel welcome, I felt ignored and disrespected. During the interaction, some employees spoke to each other in another language while I was standing there, which made me feel uncomfortable and excluded. Great customer service. Staff is very nice and very good at making you feel immersed in the experience of being in a spa.
First time going here! I loved how my nails came out, a simple manicure and gel. Everyone was super friendly and the environment was comfortable and clean!
Lisa did my pedicure and she was amazing super gentle, and made the whole experience really relaxing. Highly recommend her!
