I’ve visited Tiana Nails Spa many times now for gel manicures, and everytime I go, the service is excellent! I’ve never had an issue booking an appointment and the staff are very kind and welcoming. Today, Mina did my nails and they turned out amazing! I’ve also had Olivia and Kelly do my nails in the past and they always turn out great. They are very accommodating and I’m not nervous to speak up if I don’t like the colour, shape, etc. The prices are fair and they even have a stamp card for $5 off after 5 visits. This is the truth — are you threatening me now? If you admit that this was your fault, I will delete the previous reviews later. To be fair, the nails were done quite well. However, the way they handle payments needs to be more transparent. ** In the end, they did issue a tips refund. but end up my daughter she is nice and also gave a tips as well **

Had such a great experience at Tianna nails. I didn’t have an appointment but they fit me in within 5 minutes of calling them. They were very kind and accommodating. Tianna is so talented and she did an amazing job at my nails. I will definitely be back!

I’m so happy with how my nails turned out! The shape is perfect, the polish is smooth and shiny, and the design is exactly what I wanted. The nail technician was very talented and paid great attention to detail. I’ve received so many compliments already. I’ll definitely be coming back!
