I will NEVER go to Luxury Nails again. I used to only go to them many years ago. I stopped going because every time I go there it's a different price for the same service. Tony does amazing work and my nails always look great when he did them. I just didn't like being charged a different price every time. So this time I went back and again, he does great work, most of the time. I looked at my nails, and there is clear spots on the tips of two of them and I showed them to him. The guy was in the middle of doing my nails then an older woman came up from her pedicure and he just disregarded me and did her entire manicure with touch ups without saying anything to me. I had to wait 45 minutes with partial nails until he was done with manicure. It was unprofessional and rude. I couldn’t believe it. I won’t be going back and I don’t recommend. They work so fast and haphazardly.
