Despite making appointments for us it took over 2 hours. I was left to soak off my dip nails for 1.5 hours in acetone to the point my fingers smell burned and my fingerprints are all but melted off. I asked if she was going to push back my cuticles etc and she said she didn’t have time. She also didn’t clean out underneath my nails. I still have left over dip on my nail beds. Really bad service I came here for my eyebrows which they do very open for everyone to see they don’t have a separate room and the lady was very ruff and kept moving my head very aggressively don’t recommend. Also while I was there they forgot to charge someone for something and made the client come back in and talking amongst themselves about the situation won’t be back.

Sandy was absolutely amazing!!!! So so sweet and did a GREAT job on my shape and design! So so happy with luxury nails and spa in Sherman definitely will be back and Definitely will be requesting Sandy

They are always very friendly and I have not always come to this place but Tiffany has been doing my pedicures, for years, so of course, I would follow her anywhere she works! I don't know too many by name up there.But I will say that celine and peter have both done my nails and they're both fantastic!
