Very poor quality pedicures, specifically, gel polish application and nail shaping. Nails were trimmed crooked, with paint sealed over the cuticles and sides, sides not leaving a nice finish.
Highly disappointed with this “nail salon”!! I’m going to start by saying this is my first review and I’m doing so to warn others. Sadly this isn’t my first time going to Luxury Nails & Spa. I don’t know why I thought today would be any different from my other visits. It gets worse each visit. I went in today for a gel mani/pedi and they look like a child did them. I had a pedicure done a few weeks ago. I booked here on accident and didn’t want to cancel. The lady that did my pedicure looked like she either didn’t like her job or was terrified to do a pedicure. She kept sighing like she didn’t want to be there. She started off by putting her gloves on, and ripping them up onto her hands. She continued with ripped apart gloves to do the pedicure. First time here I would come again they were super nice and made sure you liked your nails and listened to your request. A little pricey but every salon is like that but other then that it was worth it
I had such a great experience- I wish I would have asked the owners’ names! They are such a great duo. The woman did a regular pedicure and she was so funny and nice to talk with. I can’t say I have had that experience at many nail salons, to be very honest. When I was getting my nails dried, another girl came in to get a touch up because one of her nails chipped removing a screen protector and they didn’t charge her! Again, that’s unheard of!
