I’ve been coming here off and on for 2 years and I’ve never dealt with what I did today. I go in for a soak off. I notice the man started leaving chunks of uneven acrylic on my nails. He filed it smooth like I wouldn’t notice. When I finally said something, he took a large grit hand file(not electric) and started shaving my NATURAL NAIL AWAY! I yanked my hand away in shock.
