I scheduled an appointment 4 hrs early to make sure I got the person I wanted, I get there and she doing some body else's pedicure, cool ill wait like 10 min no big deal, until I saw what she was doing I'm like I had an appointment, why would you give her somebody at 4:30 who you knew would take a 1hr and a half to do???Then the person you gave me didn't know how to do a good pedicure, and when i was questioning her about what she was doing she was rude about talking wait let me finish. I have had very good times and very bad times at this place! I have had a recent experience and it was not good! I plainly asked for some dipped French tips with a little pinkish color as the base. I had a red headed lady with short hair to do my nails. She has done my nails two times and they have not turned out good! My latest set has the top coat of polish peeling off and it has only been seven days! They do not look like French tips at all! They look like a light pink color! The worse manicure experience i’ve ever had! Took forever to just even get the gel polish I previously had on and left me there for almost an hour to soak with acetone (which no salon has ever done they have previously just filed it off like every other salon) and then she told me to wait a moment and went to do another client’s pedicure. Didn’t even tell me how long or anything or an update. I could see other clients being done and leaving before me while I just sat there.
