I went there there today for a nice relaxing mani pedi. The woman who was using a callus remover on my feet. (Within 10 minutes) did this. It bled and bled and bled. It’s extremely painful. They told me they were sorry. They held cotton balls to my foot to stop the bleeding. But, god, I won’t be going back for a pedicure. Ever. Now, micheal the guy that did my nails. Was amazing. I calmly asked the lady at Aloha Nails & Spa for a discount. I wasn’t satisfied with how short she cut my big toenails. They are also very uneven. She denied a discount. I explained to her again that I wasn’t satisfied and I would not pay full price. She gave me $5 off my service and told me “you never come back here”. “I never do nail wrong”. She also told me if I didn’t have $5 I shouldn’t have gotten a pedicure. Let’s talk about customer service.
RecommendedI got a gel ombre on my nails yesterday and gosh they were just so nice to me,since I went to another place and they didn't want to except my money for them doing my nails... I'm so thankful to the man that turned my whole day around; the little blessings count😁😁 I will definitely be coming back, I'd give this place over 5 star rating if I could.
Rude, didn’t want to correct mistake, called others over started talking in their language and laughing about it said they should have chosen acrylic jel instead of dip. They have lost several customers from today’s experience.

My friend got a fungus there and they totally refused to give her money back. It was so bad within a week she had to seek medical attention.
Love it!! I always get compliments on my nails. And Hank indulges me, as I always want glitter over my color.
