A lady refused to finish my nails because she felt I was annoyed with her. I'm not one to knit pick about nails I just want my set and get in and out. I had a very long week and I came in immediately after work and I had a headache. I personally don't like sitting there to get my nails or even to get my hair done. If you are looking for relaxing pedicure… DO NOT EXPECT IT HERE!!! Very disappointed in service. They were so busy that I was left to soak for over 30 minutes and by that time water was COLD. Nail tech was bouncing between 3 clients and then after finishing my polish and getting her payment just left for lunch. Touch up needed and had to ask for help. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

I’ve come here 2 other times and loved my nails. Today, it was rushed and they look really bad. They aren’t shaped properly and my nails are slanted upwards. There wasn’t even a moment for me to speak up because she was on the phone a lot. I’m just really disappointed that I spent $60 on a acrylic set I’m going to have to pay to get fixed. I understand they were really busy but that isn’t an excuse for rushing through a client and not giving them a chance to speak up.
