My girls all like it here. Clean place offering a loyalty program. I even go and have my nails cleaned up!
New management and they treated me wonderfully! The young lady who did my nails today exceeded my expectations, and she is a sweetheart. Not only did she take off my thick acrylic but, she educated me in all options. No one has ever taken the time to do this. I will certainly be coming by again :)
Extremely disappointing experience at Luxury Nails & Spa. I had an appointment scheduled for a pedicure, yet still waited over an hour with no update or apology from staff. The only redeeming part was a brief massage and foot soak during the wait—but no actual service was provided, as they were clearly overbooked and severely understaffed. My wife did end up getting a pedicure, but it was far from satisfactory. The technician struggled with a simple French tip, and her hands were visibly unsteady. I loved the outcome of this set of nails they are for my high school graduation. Kassie did such an amazing job with the designs and the price was very reasonable I would definitely go back.
