The customer service is good, tjey greeted me as I walked in and was able to accommodate me within 1- 2 minutes, which was not enough time for me to select a nail color for my manicure (regular polish). They had lots of colors, not really organized and most of the bottles looked like old polish, I had to vigorously shake to determine the actual color, so of course I felt rushed to get serviced & picking a color that I really wanted. Took wife and friends for a nail treatment, they had a reservation but left one party member sitting in chair with others for about 12 minutes without an attendant. They rushed two of our party, skipped steps on one member. Nail coat very sloppy from one attendant. Overall job was mediocre and definitely not worth the price. Will not return, definitely do not recommend to family and friends.
Nail fill was done well and I am pleased. A bit more than I expected to pay but good job.
Terrible service. Extremely expensive for the lack of professional services and took forever to get my gel French manicure which was not what I had I asked for.
I stopped in after checking out for the ole glorious timeshare of my mums, I had been needing and wanting a pedicure that well overdue. And I did not regret it all, Lewis took amazing care of me and my needs along with a glass of wine. I’m not from the area but I’m willing to make another trip down just to do it all over again. What an amazing out of the way trip! Thank you!
