My pedicure was mediocre but you get what you pay for. Prices were reasonable. Staff were friendly, and Brian kept everyone entertained there
Tracy is the bomb. She always did a great job on my nails. Wanting ro go back and get them done again since having surgery on both hands couldnt have them. I'm so ready.
let me just say I will not be going back I have gone here for quite a few years.. and today broke the Camels back .so very disappointed in Brian .
I came in today for a fill with gel. And they were super nice but it took an hour and 30 minutes to just do a fill. They didn’t even file the previous color off. And they put gel over it and by the time I got home the gel just peeled off. This was my very first time coming and my last. I just want my money back.
I love this nail salon! It was recommended to me by a coworker a couple of years ago. It is close to home and everyone is so nice. Everyone makes conversation and does an excellent job! I usually bring my three year old daughter with me, and they do a great job with her as well! I can’t say enough good things about Luxury Nails!
Extremely disappointed with the dip powder service I got there last week. I told the tech exactly how I liked my nails and I did not receive that service. After paying $40+ one week ago, I have to go pay another $40+ to have them redone. Granted, I was just visiting, but when I get my nails done at home, same dip manicure, it lasts a good 3-4 weeks. They may offer other great services there, but I do not recommend the dip there.
I love it here! I wont go anywhere else. I'm greeted EVERY time and they have amazing customer service. Always professional, speedy and precise. Will always do their best to get you in last minute!
Tracey saved my nails today after I had them done somewhere else and they looked horrible. Thank you for fixing them, I will definitely be back!
