I’m very disappointed with my experience at this nail salon. I was originally scheduled with Tracy, but she was unavailable, so I was assisted by another nail technician. When it was my turn, she called me over to her station immediately after her previous client had left. I noticed that the desk and chair had not been wiped or sanitized before I sat down. I have a appointment at 9 , and pay everything I leave at 9.35 , very fast and way nail tech paint not normal , I pay 53 Dollars for this not including Tips yet 😓😓😓😓😓

Have been multiple times, today not so good, water tepid, no one asked if temp okay. Massage chair not working, missing the control, "waiting on a new one", finally stole one from another chair. Technique was rough, no filing after nail clipped. So edges are jagged. Hopefully just an off day for them. Can't blame it on being busy as there wasn't a full salon. Have to admit that I have had better.
