Very disappointed. Not sure if there was management change but the previous lady would have never let this happen. I walked in with my daughter and was seated. My daughter had a very nice gentleman come to start her nails. I then sat there for 45 minutes waiting for someone to do mine very patiently. 4 additional customers walked in was seated and had people start on their nails and done before I paid.
