We just left after getting our toes done for my sister’s wedding . Everyone in luxury nail are courteous , professional , and all around amazing ! Leo did an amazing job on my sister’s toes . Li was so sweet and everyone was so kind. They gave us an amazing experience before her big day. Will definitely be back !
I went to this facility for a manicure and pedicure and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I specifically asked for a manicure with gel polish only, but the nail tech, Leo, did not perform an actual manicure. My cuticles were not cut, my nails were not properly filed or shaped, and several nails were left uneven. I stated multiple times that I only wanted gel polish, yet he proceeded to do an overlay instead. Lee and Kyle were absolutely amazing. My boyfriend and I got pedicures. They were both kind, personable, and made our time there really enjoyable. Then I returned a few days later to get my manicure done. Kyle did my manicure and he was attentive, kind, and took great care of my nails. We will be back and appreciate your business!
Amazing, my nails were pretty, pretty! Ben does an excellent job and the customer service was perfect. Ben made sure the acrylic was flawless 👌🏾 Tom did the best pedicure, He took his time making sure my toes were perfect. I was so relaxed and enjoyed my visit, thank you so much
