I got a gel manicure and pedicure, and the gel polish was so cheap that it started chipping 5 days after I got it done. The nail tech was very difficult to understand, and not friendly at all. My friend got a regular polish manicure, and their nails peeled and chipped next day. It was VERY expensive and the quality of nail colors they have is just not good at all. I wouldn’t recommend

The most abundant collection of color choices I’ve ever seen! The salon is SO clean, I was very impressed. My nail tech was very light-handed, gentle & polite. He also fixed my cracked thumb nail with dip powder instead of glue, and I really appreciated that. I would try this salon again. I asked for a gel color change without a manicure and still received a cutdown, so I shaped my nails before I went in for nothing. I didn’t realize how short they were until the damage was done, but now I know for next time.

I’ve been going to luxury nails for three years now. They do great work, but their customer service is absolutely terrible. Last time I got my nails done I called to make an appointment but was told they’re not taking appointments that day because they are booked. Later That day I walked in for an appointment and they took me right away. The nail tech told me that she was telling customers she’s not booking an appointment because she’s tired and wanted to go home that day.
