Worst experience ever! Went with my son to buy his first car. When I stepped outside to talk with the bank, A.J. had my son sign all the papers, despite we had already discussed my son has Aspergers/autusm. AJ did not care and said “Well he’s over 18” The car didn’t even make it home to the driveway when the engine blew. AJ said to bring the car in and he would repair it. Marcus Graham was great and even picked me up at the airport when I can to pick up the vehicle. The team checked in with me regularly to make sure they were ready and was in and out when I was ready. Great job!

I purchased a 2012 BMW 528i from here about 3/4 years ago and after being told it was in mint condition let me just run through the issues it has had. A week into buying this car the engine mount cracked along with some major electrical issues that costed around 3,000 to fix. Two months later I’m told the timing chain is in need of replacement so I spent thousands more on the car to fix it. The AC stopped working about 4 months later along with the passenger side airbags.
