Terrible experience. Overall lack of communication. Failed to process my mortgage in time to honor my original contract date for closing despite me being very qualified with excellent credit. Top it off the estimate was over $1600 less then what I actually needed for cash to close and I did not find out until 3 days before closing. Reached out to the head of the MI office and he responded to my email saying he would look into it then never heard back form him. I would not recommend Luxury Mortgage.
A terrible company! I own one home with more than $150,000.00 in equity. I have no other debts, great credit rating of 804. I was denied...AFTER they charged me $$$ for a home appraisal and $$$ credit check. They waisted my time and money. Their customer service is really bad. I would urge everyone to stay away from this company. Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
