A terrible company! I own one home with more than $150,000.00 in equity. I have no other debts, great credit rating of 804. I was denied...AFTER they charged me $$$ for a home appraisal and $$$ credit check. They waisted my time and money. Their customer service is really bad. I would urge everyone to stay away from this company. Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
Gino reneged on a property we (my fiancé and I) had arranged for with our friends. Will never go with this kind of underhanded realtor.
