BEWARE - STAY AWAY: I received the wrong mattress: a much lower end model: Amargosa instead of Riviera in the wrong size: King instead of CAKing. Seller is not proceeding to an exchange and has stopped communicating. I found a listing on e-bay for a top of the line Aireloom Riviera California King and was asked by the seller Cody to avoid eBay payments to save on the fees. Cody Martin is one of the most dishonest people I have ever had to deal with. I purchased a mattress from him almost two weeks ago, and since then, it has been nothing but excuses and broken promises. He originally told us he would deliver the mattress on Saturday at a specific time, but he never showed up. We contacted him again, and he told us he would deliver it at 6:00 p.m., but that never happened either. I purchased a Tempur-Pedic ProBreeze mattress from Cody for $2,106.96 and was told they would hold it until I could pick it up. Unfortunately, due to several unforeseen circumstances, including the death of my father, I was unable to pick it up as quickly as I had planned. Although I acknowledge the delay in picking up the mattress, at no point did anyone from the store contact me to ask me to pick it up or advise me that they would no longer hold it. I had an excellent experience working with Cody and Bree, owners of Luxury Mattress Warehouse. I’m very pleased with the final selection of a hybrid mattress as well as the price and delivery service. I highly recommend this family run business.
