This ocean side house gave our family a spacious place to gather for fun in the sun. Good access to the ocean and and a lovely pool deck area. The large well stocked kitchen worked well for our extended family gathering

Our family has stayed here a number of times and have really enjoyed it. It has great beach access, a heated pool and plenty of space conducive for a large family gathering.

Great location on the beach. Beach area was not overcrowded even over busy holiday weekend. Very nice pool that was in constant use and the area accommodated our large group. Kitchen well equipped. Handy elevator. Plan to be back next year.

We rent one of Laura’s properties (357 West First Street) on OIB each Memorial Day for an annual family reunion and continue to appreciate both the size of the house (comfortably sleeps 24 including 16 adults) and Laura’s responsiveness to any questions or requests while we are renting. The house itself is a beach front property with a pool which is great with kids who like to go back and forth all day long. We have rented this house for three years and they keep improving it every year. The new table on the upper deck was very popular with our group. We know this targets wedding groups but is really ideal for family gatherings with attractions for all ages!
