Driver came 20 minutes late, driver dropped us off at the wrong place causing us to have to walk for 25 minutes to the place we were supposed to be at with no compensation, rude customer service, no sofas, room temperature water, we were forced to be accommodated by a chaperone which reeked of cigarettes and ruined the vibe of the limo.
