Service was okay. Customer service is sorely lacking and extremely disappointing. After moving over an hour and a half from all locations, they made it impossible to cancel my membership. After stringing me along for TWO MONTHS, saying time and time again that my membership would be canceled, they continued to take the monthly membership dues and refused me a refund. If you're in the market for lash extensions, I would look elsewhere.
I started getting eyelash extensions at Luxury Lashes several months ago and love them! Great environment (both Wexford & Cranberry)... spa-like and relaxing. I highly recommend Marissa Florentine... she is excellent!
I must say the prices are outrageous! There's many other businesses offering the same services for lower prices and so much better quality as well as experience . I just purchased mink lashes that quite frankly are the same lashes this business uses for under $20. My friend who is a cosmetologist did my lashes for $20. Also, the manager was very rude to the point of perhaps being a snob! Very very unprofessional. Ladies please beware! $175 is not worth the service. Very disappointed!
