had a really disappointing experience here. My mother-in-law booked me a Mother’s Day gift to get my nails done. When I arrived, I clearly showed “Tatiana” (which I believe her name is) the exact nail shape, color, and length I wanted. I got a lash tint here. Now my eyelashes itch non stop. It was fine the first day, and then maybe the adhesive or dye they used started hurting my lash line. Also the person I worked with didn't ask me what color I wanted. They just did brown, and didn't do the bottom lashes. I couldn't ask the stylish what color she was doing because she couldn't speak english. I will say she was very gentle and kind. But the whole point was to get black to not have to wear mascara. Now they look meh and itch like crazy.

What a wonderful experience with Oksana for lashes and Anastasia at the front desk!! It was my first time getting lashes done in Washington and they didn’t disappoint ! Everyone made my experience so pleasant with friendly and detailed service, even accommodating my pregnancy with pillows and the restroom as needed! Even the express service was more lashes than I could’ve imagined, in the hybrid style I requested! I’ve been going to Alyona for my manicure and pedicure for a while now, and she never disappoints. Every visit, the quality of her work is outstanding.
