What a wonderful experience with Oksana for lashes and Anastasia at the front desk!! It was my first time getting lashes done in Washington and they didn’t disappoint ! Everyone made my experience so pleasant with friendly and detailed service, even accommodating my pregnancy with pillows and the restroom as needed! I’ve been going to Alyona for my manicure and pedicure for a while now, and she never disappoints. Every visit, the quality of her work is outstanding. I have some difficult nails, but she always does an amazing job and pays attention to every detail. My latest French manicure came out absolutely perfect — clean, elegant, and long-lasting. I’ve been going to this location for over a year for lash extensions and have had nothing but great experiences. The whole team is so wonderful and professional. I would highly recommend this location for lashes.
Communication 0 between front desk and technician, service provider 0 , considering of requesting in time for e certain service and ask if they can do it, and they provide different service at the time of your appoiment , and then coming out it excuses . No effort for doing things right for the Client ,sounds unlikely but It was a wrong choice to waist time to make an apt there for nails .
