Communication 0 between front desk and technician, service provider 0 , considering of requesting in time for e certain service and ask if they can do it, and they provide different service at the time of your appoiment , and then coming out it excuses . No effort for doing things right for the Client ,sounds unlikely but It was a wrong choice to waist time to make an apt there for nails .

From the moment I walked through the door of Luxury Lashes, I was met with hospitality, and professionalism. My esthetician was Oksana and she was polite, intentional about doing my lashes to my liking, the shop was clean and an inviting environment. I’ve already booked my 2week fill. Would recommend to anyone looking for a lash tech!
Oksana did so good she gave me exactly what I wanted for my lash extensions customer service is the best!!!!!
