I purchased a 22 Alfa Romeo from is dealership. To get me to agree to purchase the car, they agreed to purchase a second key fob from the local dealer. When the key fob came a month later it was a $50 generic key fob and they got from a random website. I had them tint the car and they broke at least one door panel clip on the door trim and I’m going to have it replaced so the door doesn’t rattle when there’s music on. Bought my car from here last November and was overall pretty satisfied with how helpful they were. They got me an awesome deal after some negotiations. If you are planning on buying a car make sure to negotiate all the way to the end. About two weeks after I got the car a coolant pipe burst which almost left us stranded. Even tho the dealership was not required to give us a loaner, they did and got the car fixed without any problem. Make sure to check the cars your self before you buy.

I made appointment with Kevin over the phone 2 weeks ahead. No appointment on record when I arrive. They reported to Carfax 4 months prior that they had replaced the rack and pinion when they didn't perform the work and they can't explain how it happened. Austin said he would email me a redacted copy of the work refused by previous car owner and he didn't send it. I can't speak for their technicians but their service advisors are horrible.
