I had a terrible experience with this business and have since discovered that most of the labor I was charged for was not completed as the parts I was charged for were not installed - over $4,000 of work that Luxury simply DID NOT DO AND FRAUDULENTLY CHARGED ME FOR. And yet my vehicle was kept for months while they "worked" on it.....I have given the business ample opportunity to rectify the situation yet they ignore calls and messages. Syd is one of the best, if not THE best Ferrari technician in the St Louis area. He's not just a parts replacer, which can save you a significant amount of money. His knowledge is in depth regarding all aspects of Ferrari 360's and he'll bend over backwards to give you the best service possible. Plus he's an all around good guy👍We had a small issue regarding mounting and balancing new tires that was not entirely his fault. I bring this up only because Syd doesn't rush.
