Is more like an apartment not a hotel. Is beautiful and suoer close to everything on King St. There is no check in or services available.
The location couldn't have been better if you like to be in the middle of things and don't mind walking to things that are a little further away. If you do mind, ride-shares and bike taxis are plentiful from this location. As others have noted, it is very quiet despite its vicinity to bars frequented by local college kids. Great location. Lots of places to eat and an easy walk to historic sites. There are a lot of stairs, so be prepared... The quaint old freight elevator is in the back by the parking. Priced right for area but not the $79 I see on the internet (not sure where that came from). Pretty clean and safe location. Easy to walk everywhere and only a few minutes to the free shuttle!
